Respect for copyright

Make Emote responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement for content hosted on our servers (for example public packs or uploaded assets).

How to send a notice

Email support@makeemote.com with subject “DMCA” or use the contact form and choose DMCA / copyright.

Include: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the URL or pack identifier of the allegedly infringing material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We may remove or disable access to material while we review the notice. Repeat infringers may lose account access.

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with enough detail for us to evaluate the claim.
