Acceptance

By using Make Emote you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Not affiliated

Make Emote is not affiliated with Discord, Twitch, Kick, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. Platform names are used only to describe export presets and size limits.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for images and packs you upload, generate, or publish, and for complying with copyright law and each platform’s policies.

Do not use Make Emote to infringe others’ rights, upload illegal content, or abuse the service (including scraping, spam, or circumventing limits).

Public pack library

Only publish content you own or are licensed to share. By publishing you grant Make Emote a non-exclusive license to host and distribute that pack for the library feature.

Packs may be removed after report or moderation review. Licenses shown on each pack page apply to downloads.

Accounts, credits, and paid features

Keep your login credentials secure. Credits and subscriptions (when enabled) are billed through Stripe and are subject to the plan descriptions on the pricing page.

We may change pricing or feature availability with reasonable notice where required.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Make Emote is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
